We ship USPS on all orders unless the item size it greater than the Post Office allows, or you request Fedex or UPS. Please remember that all shipping charges are estimates and you will be charged the actual shipping and handling charges.

If you pay with Paypal and if the shipping charges are more than the shipping matrix allows, I will email you the total of the difference. This especially applies to non-North American deliveries. The package will be shipped upon receipt of the balance due.

Most deliveries outside the continental United States cost MUCH more than the shipping matrix. Please email Nancy.

Returns:

Your complete satisfaction is important to us.  If any product is damaged, we will replace it with another upon the return of the original item with all parts, instructions, packaging and receipts. If you you are not satisfied for reasons other than damage, we will accept returns of unopened, undamaged and resellable items. We will refund the full price and tax (if applicable) exclusive of shipping upon receipt of the returned item.
